Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to services provided by LINGJING TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. Additional written agreements may apply to enterprise customers.

Services

We provide AI infrastructure software, model gateway services, usage metering, routing, logging, and related workflow tools for business applications.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for their users, applications, prompts, outputs, API keys, account security, and compliance with applicable laws and provider policies.

Provider services

Our platform may connect to third-party model and cloud providers. Customers must not use our services to bypass provider terms, misuse credentials, or access models for prohibited purposes.

Billing

Fees may be based on subscriptions, prepaid balances, token usage, workflow usage, professional services, or enterprise agreements. Usage records are used for operational reporting and billing.

Restrictions

Customers must not attempt unauthorized access, overload the service, reverse engineer protected systems, compromise security, or use the service for prohibited content or abusive automation.
